Agreement to Terms

By accessing enerdynam.world or participating in our candle-making workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Workshop Participation

Participants in enerdynam workshops agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Arrive on time for scheduled workshop sessions
• Treat studio equipment and materials with care
• Respect other participants and maintain a positive environment
• Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to fragrances or materials

Booking and Payment

Workshop bookings require a deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is due at the time of the workshop unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop may forfeit the deposit. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend workshops. Participants aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who also participates in the workshop.

Liability Waiver

Candle making involves working with hot wax and open flames. By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines. Enerdynam is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on enerdynam.world, including text, images, designs, and techniques taught in workshops, is the property of Enerdynam. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use enerdynam.world only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to access the site.

Photographs and Media

We may take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use these images unless you specifically opt out by informing our staff before the workshop begins.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
