Workshop Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Enerdynam has established the following cancellation policy for our candle-making workshops:
Cancellation by Participant
More than 48 hours before the workshop:
- Full refund of your deposit and any payments made
- Option to reschedule to another available date at no extra cost
24-48 hours before the workshop:
- 50% refund of your total booking amount
- Option to reschedule with a $15 rescheduling fee
Less than 24 hours before the workshop:
- No refund available
- Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and a $25 fee
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If you are running late, please contact us immediately.
Cancellation by Enerdynam
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- We will offer priority booking for an alternative date
- We will notify you as soon as possible
Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge
- You may reschedule up to two times for the same booking
- Rescheduled workshops must take place within 90 days of the original booking
Workshop Materials and Creations
The candles you create during our workshops are yours to keep. Due to the handmade nature of workshop products:
- We cannot accept returns on candles you have made
- If you are unsatisfied with your creation, our instructors will assist during the workshop
- Unused materials remain the property of enerdynam
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for workshops:
- Are non-refundable but fully transferable
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Can be used for any workshop of equal or lesser value
- Can be applied toward a higher-value workshop with payment of the difference
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
